WAU Men’s Soccer Falls 3–1 on the Road to Keystone College

La Plume, Pa. – Washington Adventist University men's soccer showed fight but couldn't overcome an early deficit, dropping a 3–1 decision to Keystone College on Tuesday afternoon.

The Shock came out aggressively, with Bryan Sanchez Rodriguez and Victor Perez both firing on target in the opening minutes, but Keystone goalkeeper Kolten McVean stood tall. Keystone struck first in the 9th minute as Keon Morris netted the opener. Less than 11 minutes later, Morris assisted Brayan Rodriguez for a second goal, pushing WAU into a 2–0 hole.

WAU nearly pulled one back late in the half when Steven Bonilla Rodriguez rattled the crossbar, but the Shock trailed heading into the break.

Momentum shifted in the 62nd minute when Bryan Sanchez Rodriguez scored his first goal of the season, cutting the deficit to 2–1. Fueled by the goal, WAU created multiple chances, including strong efforts from Bonilla and Perez, but McVean continued to deny the Shock.

Keystone regained control in the 75th minute, with Lenskey Raoul finding the net to extend the lead to 3–1.
