Anastasia Allen is a versatile Waldorf, MD professional passionate about health, sports, and leadership. A 2022 graduate of Washington Adventist University, Anastasia Allen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a specialization in Sports and Fitness Health. Building on this foundation, Anastasia Allen further advanced her education with a Master of Business Administration, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in business and sports.

Anastasia Allen has made significant contributions to collegiate athletics, serving as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, where they helped shape young athletes both on and off the court. Currently, they hold the position of Head Volleyball Coach for the 2024 season, which allows them to combine her expertise in sports and coaching to inspire and lead athletes to success.

Anastasia Allen also serves as the Graduate Assistant Dean of Women at Halcyon Hall. With a passion for leadership and student development, Dean Ana plays a key role in mentoring and supporting young women in their academic and personal growth.

In addition to her coaching career, Anastasia Allen is also a dedicated property manager, overseeing operations and ensuring top-tier service in the real estate industry. Her diverse background reflects a commitment to excellence, leadership, and continuous growth, both professionally and in the realm of sports.
