Emmanuel Hylton made a layup with three seconds left to lift the Shock past the Falcons. The Shock also defended a last-second potentially game-winning 3-point field goal attempt from Fisher's Jalen Anderson before the final buzzer.
WAU had three 20-plus scorers, led by Hylton, who scored 23 points and four assists. Mohamed Bundu recorded his second double-double of the season with 22 points and ten rebounds. Isaiah Anderson came off the bench to chip in 21 points and five rebounds.
WAU made 50% of its field goals in building a 49-38 halftime lead, led by Hylton's 14 points during the first half. Fisher used a 13-2 run to open the second half to tie the contest at 51-51 following a dunk by Christian Finney with 17:18 remaining. A three-point play by Isaiah Anderson gave the Shock a 64-59 lead with 12:17 left. Fisher's Joel Finney made consecutive layups to bring the Falcons within two points, at 79-77, with 5:11 remaining, and later, the team once again tied the contest at 88-88 after a layup from Ke'Andre Penceal at the 2:12 mark.
One minute later, Fisher took a 92-90 lead after a pair of free throws by Jalen Anderson.
WAU answered with two free throws from Anderson with 46 seconds remaining and then took the lead on Hylton's last-second layup after a missed jumper by the Falcons to seal the 94-92 Shock victory.
